Danny Ainge just spoke to the press on a post-draft conference call and reaffirmed his affection for point guard Rajon Rondo.
“We’re not trading Rondo,” Ainge said. “We love Rondo. We always have. He’s not perfect. He’s a young player that has to get better. We just don’t like it when you’re late.”

dear paul, flannery what the hell was danny ainge thinking he said during a conference call after last nights draft that he’s not going to trade rondo to me danny ainge is a jack ass then how is he expected to make his team any better by not making any moves last night aren’t the celtics going to sign an antonio mcdyess or someother big man free agent to their roster to give them some length to their bench is danny ainge going to sign some free agent players to help make their bench any better are the celtics next year going to have a better bench next year with some signed free agent players for the bench. what do you think paul?

They have room to maneuver in free agency and I’m sure the bench will be addressed. They don’t have to make a trade to make that happen.

dear, paul flannery your’e right they have room to maneuver in free agency market i just like to see them get the bench retooled for next year if we go against the cleveland cavaliers in the playoffs with a healthy kevin garnett in the lineup and with a better bench with a little more added length do you think the celtics will sign a antonio mcdyess or a rasheed wallace because i read a online title on inside hoops.com and it stated the celtics are keeping an eye on three free agent players toronto’s anthony parker phoenix’s grant hill and detroit’s rasheed wallace and antonio mcdyess.what do you think paul?
