    the refs should be ashamned they made a difference in this game. as a defender your allowed to go straight up. thats the rule. bron and d jump into the celtics n get the call everytime. celtics get there head taken off and cant get the call. i admit in the end the celtics turned it over. but come on how does dwade get tht call on west at the end when west jumped AWAY from him. please what a joke

    im not one to blame a loss on the refs, but im starting to wonder if the nba is rigged. the celtics should never have been in a situation where this game should have been close. big baby called for a travel when he hits a basket and DID NOT TRAVEL. should have been a foul called as well. pierce called for travel on a made basket. game 4 lebron takes five steps and isnt called! pierce foul number 4 on a box out was BS! pierce was just boxing out and lebron was grabbing his arm. basketball is an easy game when you get all the calls. i hope the nba goes to a lockout and never recovers. piss poor excuse for a sport.

    REFS STOLE IT AGAIN!! THIS WHOLE LEAGUE HAS TURNED INTO A JOKE OVER THE LAST 10 OR SO YEARS!! I AGREE 100% WITH YOU SCOTT!! THE NBA HAS MADE IT SO OBVIOUS WHO THEY WANT TO SEE IN THE FINALS!! PIERCE WAS GOING TO THE HOOP AND HE GOT ONLY 1 FREE THROW ALL NIGHT!! OF COURSE STAR POWER DOESN’T COUNT WITH THE CELTICS BECAUSE SO MANY FANS OUTSIDE THE NEW ENGLAND AREA STILL ARE IN THE DARK AGES AND STEREOTYPE THEM AS A RACIST TEAM!! THIS IS WHY I HAVEN’T WATCH THE NBA OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS UNLESS THE CELTICS ARE PLAYING!!

    im with you steve. worst officiating in any sport. hell, the wwe has better officiating than this! from start to finish, there was just bad call after bad call. im sure a bunch of trolls will come on this site to boast and call us poor sports but this was just a travesty. its a shame they stole this teams last chance at a title from them. i truly believe they should have and could have won this series if not for the refs. mikey adams should not pay off that 4k on his bet on this series because the other guy obviously had some inside information.

    Not to mention, J-Bone, how the refs stole the title from them last year in the 4th quarter of game 7 in the Finals. Lakers had 23 free throws in that quarter to the Celtics 6.

    Heat shot 47 more free throws in the series, yet Celtics only committed 11 more fouls. If the Celtics committed 11 more fouls the Heat should have shot around 20-25 more free throws because 1 foul=2 free throws. Yet the Heat shot 47 more free throws with just 11 more fouls called on the Celtics. This shows the series was favored by the refs. 11 more fouls should result in 20-25 more free throws, not 47. This point cannot be argued.

    damn, all i hear are excuses and excuses. ref’s stole game, blah, blah, blah. Celtics are just old and too slow for miami’s younger and more athletic trio. suck it up. you guy’s are sore losers.
